Highly recommend this company! I appreciated the communication and accurate updates I received when someone would be arriving at my home and I liked that I was texted a picture and bio of the techs that was coming, it made me feel safe and comfortable. I had my AC fixed and I requested someone to come out and look at my AC, furnace, and water heater for upgrade options. Scott and Erin were very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris Coleman was our installer and he was clear and professional and took time to answer all our questions and was not in a rush to get out once the installation was completed. Amazing experience with this company. Our water heater was deemed dangerous by the gas company and we immediately called Idaho Heating and Air. They arrived within 30 minutes and Justin provided us amazing service. This was an unusual problem and Justin utilized all resources to make sure we had a solution by the end of the day. He arrived the next day with the necessary parts and quickly and efficiently solved our problem and we had our water heater back up and running.
